Doing it my way to getting back on track ,I have done alot of things that were wrong in the past and now I have decided to do it my way to getting back on track. I have started eating 3 square meals a day, walking as much as I can and exercising when I can.
That way when I step on the scale at the end of the week I can see the weight the way I want to see it. Coming off instead of being put on. So this is me doing it my way to getting back on track. 230lbs and 70 lbs more to go to reach the weight I want.
