Doing it my way to getting back on track ,I have done alot of things that were wrong in the past and now I have decided to do it my way to getting back on track. I have started eating 3 square meals a day, walking as much as I can and exercising when I can.

MORE INFORMATION:
That way when I step on the scale at the end of the week I can see the weight the way I want to see it. Coming off instead of being put on. So this is me doing it my way to getting back on track. 230lbs and 70 lbs more to go to reach the weight I want.

I like what you say about at the end of the week you can see the weight coming off instead of being put on. I know i can do this i have lost 7.8 kilo so far but am struggling now and had pancakes and golden syrup today i have to stop this and get back on to the right food and eat 3 meals a day and do all the exercise i can i am very lazy at the moment and need to change my way of thinking about exercise i just have to do it i think. emoticon
