I crave ice cream! I found an easy fix using only banana and a small amount of skim milk!
Cut up a ripened banana and freeze several hours. Put the frozen banana and 1/8 -1/4th cup skim milk in a blender or food processor. Voila! Soft serve ice cream...or freeze and have "dipped" ice cream. YUM! I like to have half as soft serve right away and freeze the rest for another time.

Peel a ripe banana and immediately wrap it tightly in cling film. Place in the freezer compartment until completely frozen. Remove about 15 - 20 mins before using and leave to defrost a little. Place banana in a food processor and hey presto in seconds - pure banana ice cream. Enjoy with fruit, nuts, meringue, sauce, or anything that you wish to serve it with.
Peel banana, cut slices 1/4" - 1/2". place toothpick in each slice, place slices on wax paper, place in freezer until frozen. great frozen snack - tastes just like banana ice cream. Some people like to dip in chocolate before freezing, but I like them better plain. Enjoy!
