Use Less Sugar

When cooking and baking I reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe down at least a third. Some recipes can even be made with no sugar at all. I started doing this because I can not stand the taste of the artificial sweeteners.

  • This is a great idea. I agree with you sweeteners are a drag. The artificial ones are poison and the ones being touted at natural make me wonder what the hell i am really eating. I have been using stevia drops in my otherwise black coffee and sometimes if I use too much I get headaches. I am probably being psychosomatic.

    anyway this idea also saves money. less sugar and no pricey sweetener.
