Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.

I've always been intimidated by bread. I'm a cook and baker & up to any challenge. I never thought I had 'the feel' for making delicious, light bread like Grandma made. This takes all the 'feel' out of it and you get great results!
