To help drink more water, and get 5 g each pf protein and fiber, I mix 1 packet of K20 protein water mix in 24 oz of water and drink through out the morning at work. Then I mix another and drink it in the afternoon. The sweetness curbs my sweet tooth, keeps me from drinking soda, and keeps me hydrated :)

If you do not like fruits or veggies, try making your own protein shakes and add them as ingredients. I use Syntrax Nectar protein powder, add skim milk, water, fruit, veggies, nuts, tofu and mix it in the blender. WHen mixed together the taste of the veggies is hidden in the mix. Drink for a meal
