Increase Your Protein Intake




For women, increase your protein intake to 75 - 100 grams a day to break thru a plateau. I was eating in the low 60's and had been at a plateau for 2 months. I increased my protein intake to this level and started losing again.

    Thank you for this advice. I have the book, "Eating for Your Blood Type" and according to it I am a natural carnivore. :?/ When I reduce the grains and up the protein I do lose better. - by REVAMPINGMYLIFE
