I drink a lot of all natural flavored mineral water in place of soda, juice or wine. It is filling, has a slight flavor, counts toward my water goal, and looks pretty in a wine glass while my husband sips his wine at dinner. Saves me lot of calories and sugar!

My partner loves his soft drink, but in the interests of weight loss he is trying to give it up. He has discovered that soda water has the bubbles that give him that soft drink "feeling" and so he is happy. And bonus he drinks more water and it is cheaper than soft drink. WIN, WIN, WIN! Just be care to use only carbonated water not mineral water which has alot of sodium in it :)
Sparkling water before meal fills me up better than regular water, so that I am less likely to overeat. A splash of fruit juice in a glass of mineral water gives me that soda fizz with a fraction of sugar. And, it's keeping me hydrated. 274
