    Walk ,,,You will lose weight, you lessen your chance of heart disease, and you will improve your brain. But if you can do nothing else, stand up

    Good idea. I hate exercise. I worked on a farm as a kid, played all the sports available through school and chased 3 children around for 10 years. I do like to sit at the computer now, finishing a 2000 page trilogy but I can stand up every 20 minutes or so and will probably enjoy do that..
