If You Eat It, And You Don'T Need It, It'S Still A Waste!

When I was little it was "eat everything on your plate!" Now my Mom says "if you don't need it... put it in a container and save it for later!" I actually did this when I was living with a host family that served us. I would save the extra food that I didn't need and eat it the next morning for breakfast or the next afternoon for lunch. Saves a lot of calories and it saves preparing another meal (or at least part of one)! Good luck and good eating!

Try to stay away from the supposed "healthy" processed food. Instead, grill up some onions, tritip steak, red bell peppers, chicken, and zuccini for something truly healthy, but still with that amazing flavor.
Food that does contain chemicals is SO harmful.
Eat a handful of grapes! Eat some strawberries. Grill your own chicken! It's yummy and healthy!
What's your favorite natural food? I like to grill onions and eat those (not even kidding i don't need anything else to eat)
Drinking more water to hydrate and flush your system
My health club has a steam room and sauna. I will use both to relax and sweat, but also to hydrate my body inside and out. The heat makes you drink lots of water and cleans the pores. I also feel like I am on a mini vacation 198
Water is beneficial for removal of waste
