This is a bit of a mind set tip: Quitting smoking was an insurmountable task. So, to keep me motivated to keep trying, I "stopped" smoking. If I fell off the smoke-free wagon, all I needed to do was "stop" again. Quitting was too permanent, and too scary. Stopping gave me room to stop, fail, try again - without giving up entirely.
Chocolate causes Serotonin (the chemical that makes you feel good emotionally) to increase Eliminating chocolate entirely is as difficult to do as quitting smoking, because if you eliminate chocolate, you'll want that serotonin fix even more How do you get more Serotonin? Smoking increases Serotonin in your body, but NO ONE would recommend you start smoking - or smoke more if you already do What else? Carbohydrates! All you have to do is fill up with cake & icing to raise your Serotonin, right?
NOT! To get the Serotonin levels you need & train your body to get by on lower levels, adjust your chocolate intake What has worked for me is to switch to a darker chocolate (Hershey's Dark Kisses?) & eat one at a time I let each one completely melt I have gone from 12 down to needing just 4 a day.
QUIT SMOKING, QUIT BUYING WASTE :) Instead of smoking quit cold turkey, take it one day at a time.... It is working for me, second, instead of purchasing name brand foods (shelf) and purchase the store brand.... if your read the back of the item you will see a lot of the products are made by the same company as the name brand or they have the exact same ingredient's.
I save money and eat very healthy... also for those of you who like coupons check out southernsavers.com I get coupons there for a lot of my family's needs :) Hope this helps :)
