Staying warm prevents me from eating to get warm. In this way, my favorite comfy sweatshirt, cardigan, and even dolphin blanket are essentials for weight management around my house. As winter approaches, make sure you have non-food ways to stay warm.

    I've heard that if you keep your house 68 degrees, you burn more calories trying to keep warm--without the blankets etc. But I agree, your way is much better for my
overall mood and comfort.
