My husband was told at work, that if he ate poppy seeds and took a drug test. That they could make him fail the test. All employees where he works are randomly tested.

Don't be caught eating them and pulled over though because on a drug test they come up positive! Just thought I would share ;) This happened to my uncle.

I finally order some after reading a little here and there about the product. It has pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds,flax seeds, hemp seeds vanilla powder,all spice and cinnamon. It is wonderful and taste like pumpkin pie. Not heavy or sticky like peanut butter. The other items from the company were also very good. I have had a fun butter sample parties at my house since I order it.4
Grind pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds together and if not allergic to nuts, add walnuts, almonds to the seeds mix and grind to a powder, not too fine. I then use this super food powder as a topping on bagel/cream cheese, sprinkle it on salad, add to oatmeal/quinoa porridge, on toasted bread, add to a glass of milk with honey... These seeds have lots of minerals, proteins and good fats The good fat and the proteins helps to curb hunger while providing wonderful nutrients4
