I have found over the years that if you set out your morning by making decisions to eat right and act upon them you will do better. I make my lunch along with snacks everyday for work. I make sure I have enough snacks that will carry me over after lunch and when I drive home. This has helped me maintain my focus.
I would also add that you should pick up some glass tupperware ( when you need to heat your food) as well as small snack size tupperware. This helps with your servings.
