Give up all bread except a couple of slices of Rye Bread per week, eat no pasta or traditional pizza, instead make Portobella Mushroom pizza's. Give up sugar, sweenters and salt. Move evry 20 minutes, get up and do something... You'll start losing fast.

    collard collard collard cabbage cabbage cabbage, pre plan, no sugar, little to know salt, and water water water and when you drank all you can drink drink i lost 16 in 2 weeks and up to 22 now by week 3. but just always make healthy choices.
