Give up all bread except a couple of slices of Rye Bread per week, eat no pasta or traditional pizza, instead make Portobella Mushroom pizza's. Give up sugar, sweenters and salt. Move evry 20 minutes, get up and do something... You'll start losing fast.

Stop focusing on just losing weight. Make your focus on healthy choices. Everyone tries to lose weight fast. The problem with this is that you gain it back fast. Accept that you can't eat like you are 20 any more. Cut back on portions but enjoy what you eat. It's ok to eat everything in moderation.
I lost 40lbs but it took me 6 years. My biggest secret was making realistic changes. If you take 2 sugars in your coffee, switch to 1. Now I drink herbal tea with honey. It takes time and realistic do-able changes. Rome wasn't built in a day!
