1. Weekly Friday weigh in. 5lbs up means I go into cut back mode
2. Exercise moderately
3. Monday to Friday: I watch what I eat pretty carefully, and allow myself one samll treat per day. Weekends I relax and eat what I want (within reason!), have a few glasses of wine
4. A key piece of clothing - a pair of well fitting jeans - if they start feeling tighter, action is required!
5. Drinks: I only drink water, green tea and a coffee in the mornings. Well, not counting the wine that is!
