This isn't exactly a secret yet but I will get back to you on it.
The only person I know to workout with me is my DH. I am going to buy another Wii controller and nunchuk and try to get him to pay Walk it Out for Wii with me once a week. I'll let you know later if I can do it. Wish me luck!!

One great way for me to stay motivated to exercise is to commit to workout with someone else. Whether it be a friend, my better half, a trainer or someone at my gym.....by committing, it makes me not just blow off working out because I don't want to let the other person down.342
Find yourself someone to workout with. On day's I don't feel like it I am there because I don't want to let my workout buddy down. Being accountable to someone besides myself helps keep me on track. So get out there and find a workout buddy
I have several different groups of people that I work out with. I have my runner friends, friends that struggle with work outs, and those that want to get together once in a blue. Having many people to work out with allows me to always have something to do around working out.
If someone is not available on monday there is someone else walking the neighborhood or ready to meet at the gym.220
