Buy some small little hand sanitizers to keep around the house. Scented is good if you're not sensitive. I find it helps me to remember to use them more. Also keep them in your purse or on your keys with a keychain that you can get with them. I even get the small ones to leave around the workplace for coworkers to take. The less time that you're sick, the more time you have to get healthy and exercise!

Keep antibacterial hand sanitizer at your desk and in your purse. Besides using it on your hands, apply a dab on a tissue to wipe down your phone handset, mouse, keyboard and any other surfaces where germs can get transferred. I also keep one in my purse; it works well on public toilet seats and door handles. If used regularly you shouldn't catch as many colds.250
Have you been thinking about exercising during your lunch break or incorporating exercise into your work commute, but have been worried about not being able to shower afterwards? Hand sanitizer works great to take away the stinkies. It kills bacteria, and body odor is caused by bacteria. Just rub a bit of hand sanitizer into those stinky zones (like your armpits, NOT sensitive areas :P ) and it's like an instant shower! So no more excuses! Get out there and exercise!! 41
