Using the tools that SP has to offer has made me KNOW I will succeed this time. I didn't realize how much I could actually eat when I pay attention to the nutrient labels and document my intake. I would litterly starve myself until I hit my goal. Then I would just go back to eating whatever and then wham, I was right back to where I started plus 10 lbs. I didn't change my lifestyle which would set me up for future failures. I'm eating better now, while loosing weight. USE THEM!

If you're a 'Do-it-Yourselfer' you know that keeping tools in your toolbox means looking for the right tool when you need one. I put up a peg-board next to my work-bench and put my tools on the peg-board (hammers with hammers, screwdrivers in descending sizes, regular Phillips, hex, etc.). I then outlined each tool then filled in the outline with black paint. Now I can tell at a glance if a tool is missing and I track it down and put it back in it's place. I don't walk all over (cont)

trying to find tools now. It has saved me 5-10 minutes every time I start a project and forces me to put tools back after I use them. However, my DW still hasn't caught on.
