Guilty pleasures don't have to cost you calories! I'm in Iraq, work out alone in my quarters and use Pandora.com which allows me to "create" my own radio station that streams through my laptop. My go-to workout station at age 39? "Britney Spears Radio" Turns out that randomly selected songs from various pop princesses are super-workout friendly and oddly empowering. No one but me (and now YOU!) has any idea of my secret indulgence...shhhh!334
MORE INFORMATION:
PS - I also destress by singing along to "Barry Manilow Radio" and relax to "Josh Grobin Radio"...
Just take an AM Radio and tape a calculator to the back. Tune the radio to the highest frequency and when you get close to metal it will beep through the radio.
