I have also found listening to the Spark Radio (podcast) which I have download all available on my I pod (via I Tunes) in the morning in addition to logging onto the website is a great way for setting the tone of my day.
I listen on my way to work, download all shows on to I pod and I bought a simple adapter that allows me to listen to my I pod thought an FM station. Check out Radio Shack for it. I've had it for years and use it everyday to keep positive information number one instead of radio.

Guilty pleasures don't have to cost you calories! I'm in Iraq, work out alone in my quarters and use Pandora.com which allows me to "create" my own radio station that streams through my laptop. My go-to workout station at age 39? "Britney Spears Radio" Turns out that randomly selected songs from various pop princesses are super-workout friendly and oddly empowering. No one but me (and now YOU!) has any idea of my secret indulgence...shhhh!334
PS - I also destress by singing along to "Barry Manilow Radio" and relax to "Josh Grobin Radio"...
