Lunch Walk

In the winter months it is hard to walk after work. One of my goals is to walk 5 miles per week. To solve this I walk during my lunch break. I either drive to the local fast food joint, park my car and walk around the block. If the weather is bad I drive to the indoor mall and do a lap around the mall. Each walk takes about 18 minutes.

    Just knowing I have to report SOMETHING on my Fitness Report and to the Spark Coach gets me to do the walking. I often withhold my reporting until the walk is DONE. For now, guilt works! Later, my brain will get on board. Maybe when it warms up I will feel a lot more motivated. emoticon emoticon emoticon
