    Yes, tracking is fundamental! If nothing else it will helps me see when I have a great week or when I have a bad one. I find going back and looking at weeks where I've had a loss I can see the reasoning why the scale moved or didn't. But if I didn't accurately track it does me no good. Garbage in, garbage out.

    Ditto ... Can not emphasize enough. Having a digital scale helps me track accurately emoticon

    I agree, tracking is very important. It is easy for BLT's (bites, licks, tastes) to add up if you aren't recording everything that goes in your mouth!
