I was doing very well with SP a while back but due to circumstances I let things slide. It took a while but now I'm back on track because I make sure to log in every day. I track my food and exercise faithfully. And I have been getting great support from my fellow SP team mates. 224
I try to use all the great resources that SP has to offer, trackers, SP teams, recipes, articles, etc.
IF I'M GOING TO HAVE A VERY ACTIVE DAY AROUND THE HOUSE, I HAVE ENTERED THE CALORIES BURNED FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD OF TIME INTO MY FAVORITES ON MY FITNESS TRACKER. THAT WAY I CAN CALCULATE THE CALORIES I'VE BURNED THROUGH OUT THE DAY!
