  • RELAX AND LET GO. Sometime when my day has been really 'wound' up and completely filled I like to just close my eyes and sit in my comfortable chair when there are about 4 fours left before bed time. JUST SIT BACK, THINK NICE THOUGHTS THAT BRING GOOD FEELINGS AND SINK DEEP INTO YOUR SMILE. After 20 minutes you should feel ready to bring it on! emoticon - by BUMPS2
