Whenever I feel bad because I've neglected my exercise regime, eaten too much etc, I take a minute to look at all the things I have done RIGHT so far as well - this motivates me to keep going, get back on track and go for that great feeling of satisfaction all over again! 30

If you have made a mistake, it is very easy to give up and blow the entire day. So many times we think "I can start again tomorrow." Just remember that EVERY MINUTE is a chance to start anew. You don't have to ruin the entire day because of one little (or big!) slip up. Let your mistake go! Do not dwell on it and do a better job the next minute.
