When I get a sweet tooth craving, primarly after lunch or dinner, instead of reaching for chocolate or cookies, I reach for a tootsie pop. Sucking on a tootsie pop will last 30 to 45 minutes and you get the chocolate tootsie roll at the end. By the time you are done the pop your sweet tooth craving is satisfied and it only cost you 60 calories. Try it, it works!!

This is true! The other night while watching a movie I was looking for something sweet and found a stash of chocolate candies. I took one tootsie roll and one tootsie pop sucker. I ate the sucker first, and ended up not eating the other. Thanks for posting this, I had not realized it at that moment, but Im going to keep this in mind.
