Do you love breakfast sandwiches, but hate the calorie content? Well, I make a really good one and its under 250 calories. crack 2 egg whites into a bowl, cover with a paper towel and microwave on high 70 secs. put on top of a 100 calorie english muffin. add 2 jimmy dean turkey sausage patties. you could add a low fat cheese, but I don't think it needs it. It's very hearty and yummy! enjoy.

Plan Ahead 210 . When at work of out and about, when hunger strikes so does temptation. I pack my take along bag with healthy eats and plenty of bottled water that are easy to grab when on the go. This helps me to steer clear of drive-thru.
I like to pack carrots, a healthy sandwich, granola bars, banana or some cut fruit.
If you don't like breakfast food, don't eat. There's nothing written in stone that says you *have to have* eggs or cereal in the morning. If you like tuna fish sandwiches, have one for breakfast! I often eat chicken sandwiches in the morning. And the food police haven't arrested me yet!!! lol
