If you feel like you are not seeing progress, tell yourself that this is a lifestyle change. I highly doubt that there are many people on this website who are here just to lose some weight and then move on. By all accounts this looks like a place where people are committed to change. Life long change! So, if you are not losing weight for one reason or another, just remember that your life is healthier regardless. I may never lose another pound, but I am never going back to eating unhealthy.

Ive lost 190 lbs. Four words were key: Excercise, Diet, Patience and Consistency.
I've heard about eating smaller meals & more of them is a healthy way to go. I've been following the practice of 200 - 300 calories every 2 - 3 hours and have been doing well. I discovered there's a "diet" called 6 word diet and ironically it is virtually the same thing. The 6 word diet, in a nut shell as I understand it, 100 calories every 90 minutes - that would be 200 calories in 3 hours. Just a testimony to eating healthy versus dieting.41
