I would like to know how you lost that 40 lbs in 24 days. I have been 14 days and I have only lost 1 lb. it is very frustrating. I am doing excersices every day and I do not eat sweet stuff of drink sodas anymore. I know that I am losing inches but it is not showing up on the scale. I want to see it on the scale. How do I do this?

I've been on fast weight loss supervised liquid diets and without surgery, you will more than likely gain in ALL back within 2 years, plus! I did so I'm gonna try to eat healthy and exercise 4 days a week. Tiered of yo-yoing!

That is about 2 lbs per day which would require burning 7000 calories per day. That would require intense cardio for many many hours a day or completely starving. Maybe you have a LOT of weight to lose? I would never be able to do this unless it was a hunger strike. Even that wouldn't cause me to drop 40 lbs.

How did you do it? I have lost 10 pounds in a little over a week but wow 40 pounds in less than a month??
I find that if I just hop on the elliptical I focus too much on the timer and how many calories I am burning. Therefore, the workout feels like an eternity. So to distract myself, I put on a movie from netflix and cover up the time with a towel. Before I know it I am halfway through the movie!
