This may gave already been posted--15 minutes per day keeps the clutter away, one way to beat the clutter is set the timer for 15 minutes and start putting away items in one room, when the timer rings, you're done for today. Do this each day and you will be caught up before you know it. Know this you can do a lot in 15 minutes when you are focused on only one task.
I try to keep my fat intake at no more than 45-50 grams per day, and my calories to about 1000, also I try to keep moving, even throughout the house about my daily chores, instead of walking to go from room to room, I like to do a little jog to get from place to place, my room, the bathroom etc..
This may not be the best thing for everyone, but it works for me, I eat pretty much what I feel like eating(not junk food) as long as I keep those calories, and fat grams to a minimal, oh yeah, and I also watch the sugar and sodium. but I do eat lots of fruits.
