I work in a hospital from 7a-7p and anyone that has ever worked in an ER knows how awful the staff tends to eat. There are always treats and lots of take out food. To combat the sugar cravings I brought in my own personal jar of natural peanut butter and I bum a couple of packages of broken hospital graham crackers. It's plenty sweet for me and it takes care of the cravings. I actually feel like I've been cheating.........but I haven't :)

    putting the peanut butter on a apple would be easy too. I think I would have to have milk with the graham cracker...heehee emoticon
