Today in SparkCoach I had to think of how to add some extra movement in today. While at work I found Coach Nicole stretches at your desk video, which helped with stretches and also for every 20 min. I am sitting, I try to get up and stand or walk back and forth for about 2 min. As sometimes I can't leave the front desk. If there is something I can do standing up, I'll do it.
All these years, no matter where I shopped, or what I was shopping for, I had a list in my head, or a written grocery list, and my only objective was to get in and out as fast as possible. Nobody understood why I did that, but for me, it was self preservation, as I'm agoraphobic. Now after watch today's video on SparkCoach, I've been right all these years! What a boost it gave me to know that I've been on the right track all along!!! 224
I am fortunate to have an exercise bike right in my home office. I hop on the bike and complete my SparkCoach program each morning. It's definite motivation to go that extra mile. Its possible to spend tons of time in the Community section ithout even realizing how long you have biked.
