Also place a picture of you in your best shape or a motivation picture on your frig so when you are tempted to eat something over your calories take a deep breath and walk away. go for a walk, drink a glass of water, or meditate. By the time you have done that the temptation will be gone.

I gave away all my old "skinny clothes". I am not buying any clothes right now. When I get down to size 10, I am buying a whole new wardrobe9 I am giving away all my clothes that are too big now. That way, If I start to slide up the scale, I have more motivation to get myself back in check
As you go along on your journey, don't punish yourself by wearing clothes that fall off you. Give your fat clothes to the Salvation Army or sell them in a consignment shop. This will make room in your closet for the skinny clothes you will buy and will feel so good. 9
