Aim to eat every four hours, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. That way your body learns that food is in good supply and stops it from going into famine mode where it stores ever bite as fat as it doesn't know when the next meal will be.

Gouda Cheese is a Healhty Choice, Even For Breakfast
Gouda contains calicium & probiotic bacteria which can strengthen the immune system when eaten regularly. It is a great source of protein and because of the "Sphingolipids" it contains it may even help in the prevention of cancer. Some Europeans eat it for breakfast and say it provides them energy. Eat the low fat version because GOuda is high in fat and sodium. If you have high blood pressure eat in small amounts or skip it entirely.
