Keep some sugar free, fruity flavored gum on hand. When you feel the need for sweets, chew your gum instead. That way, you feed the craving in your head and not your stomach.

    Thank you, 2012 was a bad year for me losing weight. This year I am determined to win. I want to lose 53 lbs. One of the biggest problems I have is candy, and sweets. The gum sounds great. Thanks.
