I find getting my exercise in early in the day helps to get it done if I am very busy, get up every hour to walk about and also make a point of climbing the stairs to go to the bathroom rather than use the one on the same floor. emoticon

    I'm with you! I find that I'm always able to do at LEAST a 10 minute spark people fitness video each morning, but usually aim for about 30 minutes. My job is pretty unpredictable, so if I get home late and can't fit in another workout, I don't beat myself up about it since I already got at least one workout in.
