I bought a BOSU at Costco. I leave it in our family room and if we find we are sitting too long watching TV in the evening I get up during commercials and do some exercises on the BOSU to work the core muscles.

Break your two minutes of brushing time into 30 second segments. Do a wall sit during the first 30, rest during the second 30, wall-sit during the 3rd segment, and rest during the last. It makes sure you brush your teeth long enough, too!
Fits in a little thigh, quad, glute and core work while you are doing a necessary task that is easy to double-task with (ie, brushing your teeth)
I am a music teacher, and have students coming and going from my class every 30 minutes. While waiting for my next student to arrive, I do a set of core exercises, which takes +- 2 minutes. In a 6 hour teaching day, I manage to do at least 20 minutes of core work. Each second counts 41
