I take my three dogs for a good 30 minute walk through a woods trail. It's hard to say no to those 3 as they jump up so quickly when they see me heading to the door. They are my secret to success to getting at least 30 minutes moving outdoors. Recently i have started using Nordic poles which help me on the ice and snow but also help me burn more calories. This is fun for me.

I LOVE taking my two pups for long walks! One of my fitness goals for my older dog, Buffy, is for her to do a 3K this year, so we call each of her walks her "training."
