When you visit this spot sit and focus on a six foot sphere that surrounds you. Listen and watch the natural world within this sphere. Which direction is the wind blowing? Which direction is the nearest body of living water (spring, pond, etc.) What is here today that was not here yesterday.?

    The outdoors is inspiring to my daily exercise also! When walking my dogs we stop and enjoy the flowing water streams..it is very uplifting! emoticon
