An easy way to drink 8 glasses of water a day is to get a tall glass which holds 500 ml or 16 floz. Drink one when you wake up in the morning, another before lunch, again before dinner. Thats 6 down, just two more to go throughout the day and whilee exercising and your done.

    I actually am replacing my soda with water which is helping me intake water a lot easier.. emoticon

    I used to drink at least 6 to 8 cans of diet pepsi a day. I have watched my mother and my oldest brother finally get to their goal weight while in a hospice. I finally woke up and now, I don't even crave the soda anymore. I must drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. I find myself craving it.
