When I first signed up for sparkpeople, they ask you to set your fast break goals to get you started. I did this, but I have continued to track them through my journey. I find that I always want to be able to check off those little boxes saying that I am following my plan.
I also added that I would try to read a success story everyday (even if it's just googled cause I think I read every single sparkpeople one). Reading the success stories as often as I can has really helped me to believe in myself. It's working cause i'm down 24 pounds with 50 to go!!!!
