Use The Journal In The Planner Drop Down From My Trackers.

Use the journal from the planner. I found that if I write a critique of my previous day it motivates me to correct the things that I am doing wrong with out realizing it. It made me understand more about nutrition especially portion control. When I look back on older titles it gives me a sense of the progress that I have made and just where I was going wrong. You just may be your own best critic.

Blogs are a great way to get some of your thoughts together and share them with others. But when you want to journal thoughts and feelings you want to keep private using the journal in the Planner section is a great place to do that. You can mark that as private, and then still be able to use it for very personal or private writing and blogs for things you are willing to share with yoiur friends and others.
Every day since I restarted at SP on Nov 1,2010 I have kept a food journal writing down everything I have eaten and drank that day. I'm using the older version of WW points to track with and I have lost 20.8 lbs so far. I use the fitness tracker to track my exercises. I found that by taking the time to write down everything, I can see where I may need to make changes or make a note on how I felt at the days end.
I'm a planner so I decide what gym classes/exercises I' m going to do each day for the week. Then I put them all in the fitness tracker on Monday. So it's already planned into my week. It's incentive to go, because I hate having to go back in and take out an exercise and watch my calories burned for the week drop. 244
