Tin foil or better yet purchase a rectangular tin pan (dollar tree) and place at the bottom of your oven or bottom rack for food spillage. Saves on time cleaning oven.

If you do not have a smooth top oven but have a coil style burners for electric stoves you can purchase tin inserts to go underneath coil burners for easier clean up as well.

You can buy oven liners at places like Walmart where the baking pans are sold. They're great ...very easy to clean.

Watch out. I used some foil, probably from the 99 cent store, and put a sheet on the bottom of my oven. Well, unfortunately, it stuck there, fused itself to the bottom of the oven. Smells terrible as it slowly burned off. I can not get it off with scrubbers or chemicals. And 3 years later, its still got some pieces stuck there, fused to the bottom of my oven. emoticon

buy a toaster oven then you don't have to practically crawl half way in the oven to clean
