When I'm hungry, I reach for my water bottle first. Sometimes I realize that I'm just thirsty - not hungry. Before eating meals, I drink water so that I don't eat more than I have used to... Also, drinking more water has helped my energy level, reduced my headaches, and cleared my skin.

Walking at least two times a day for at least an hour and drink plenty of water.
I start out at a decent pace then I change it up going fast and then slow depending whom Iam walking with my husband or my sister and it helps to have someone to walk with. The walks go faster and longer.
