When I'm hungry, I reach for my water bottle first. Sometimes I realize that I'm just thirsty - not hungry. Before eating meals, I drink water so that I don't eat more than I have used to... emoticon Also, drinking more water has helped my energy level, reduced my headaches, and cleared my skin.

    I find that drinking water while cooking dinner helps me not do too much tasting of what I'm cooking. When I feel like eating before dinner is ready, I just drink full glasses of water. And then I'm not quite as hungry when I begin to eat dinner.
