I eat one oraganic lemon a day as a palate cleanser before I brush my teeth I find that if i bite the wedges it tends to stave of any hunger pangs thru the nite and i don't get up....thats it! Good Luck!

I keep a bowl of pink wintergreen mints on the coffee table. I find when I need something sweet, instead of reaching for the chocolate, I pop a couple of those in my mouth and suck on them. They're just sweet enough and the mint cleanses my palate. And they're only 12.5 calories each.
