Teach after surgery, radiation and ongoing chemotherapy? I realized I could ONLY do what was important to help my students learn. 4 years later, I still ask, "Is this cookie important to my health?" "Is sitting in the recliner important to my goals?"
Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes no.
The point is, I now actually decide before I just DO IT. I now eat lots of F & V. My 45 minute fitness streak gets longer daily!
Is it important? The choice is mine.

Make your Deep-Down Important list and create your visualization poster. Evaluate what you do based on that poster.
