What I miss the most in low calorie diets is dessert. I cannot eat just one or two cookies. For 100 calories, I have a sixteen ounce root beer float. I use diet root beer and one-half cup (100 calories) of slow churned low fat vanilla ice cream. Mmmmmmm delicious and extremely satisfying!

    Yes yes yes! Vegetables at every meal can keep your body disease free (esp cancer)due to the thousands of phytonutrients they contain. So goodfor you!! I do the same-- my favorite breakfast is a green smoothie:
1 to 1.5 c spinack, kale or romaine lettuce
1 to 2 fruits (strawberries, banana, melon, blueberries, etc)
10 oz soy or almond milk
1 tb ground flaxseed (optional)
1 tsp Splenda (optional)
3 to 4 ice cubes (depends on how thick you like it)

Blend milk and greens til smooth
add fruit, blend. Add rest of ingredients
This is really filling, delicious and soooooo nutritious emoticon

    It's so funny, I just read this secret a couple days ago, and this morning I see on Facebook where one of my friend's turned down a root beer float from her dad because she was on a diet. Needless to say, I shared this little hint with her. :)
