What I miss the most in low calorie diets is dessert. I cannot eat just one or two cookies. For 100 calories, I have a sixteen ounce root beer float. I use diet root beer and one-half cup (100 calories) of slow churned low fat vanilla ice cream. Mmmmmmm delicious and extremely satisfying!

I love the 100 Calorie Packs of Cocoa Almonds (made by Emerald). This is the perfect little amount of chocolately-nutty goodness, and they make a perfect and satisfying dessert or snack. Plus, you get all of those great heart-healthy fats from the almonds! They're a win-win!! 244
I use Oikos or Fage plain Greek yogurt (1 C), & add 1 tsp of real vanilla extract, two packets of Splenda, & 2 tbsp of Polaner Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber. It stirs up into a very thick, yummy, satisfying dessert with very high protein, low carbs, and low calories.
Oikos and Fage, in that order, are the two yogurts with the highest protein and lowest carbs.
Sometimes I get the munchies after dinner. So, instead of eating junk food while watching tv, I postpone dessert for about 1 hour after dinner. I do the dishes, clean up the kitchen, watch a little tv, and it's nearly 8 pm - my usual time for the munchies.
This satisfies my sweet tooth, desserts are portion controlled, and it stops the mindless snacking at night in front of the tv.
