Whenever I feel "hungry" between meals, I reach for my water bottle and drink at least 8-12 oz.
This practice has helped me to get beyond the cravings and taken my mind off my so called "hunger". Drinking water fills the void, helps you feel fuller longer, so that you can make it to your next meal without cheating on sweet or salty snacks loaded with empty calories. Water is completely calorie free! And it's healthy!
