2 Types of carbs.. natural and manmade. Natural carbs are slow digesting carbs which serve well to get energy benefits & man made carbs tend to trigger insulin release.

Natural carbs are in wild rice, beans, fruits and red potatoes....Popcorn is a low carb snack and fiberous and easy to digest...red potaotes have less starch in them than white and a small portion of wild rice can keep you full. Go for the natural carbs!
