When I'm done eating a meal I make myself a cup of tea. This is particularly helpful when I've eaten too fast and still feel hungry after I'm done. The time it takes for the water to boil, the tea to steep, and to drink the tea is perfect for allowing your stomach and brain to sync up the messages of satiety.
